We have a team of friendly, highly trained reservation agents and, as we are independent of any chain or hotel, you are guaranteed an impartial service.
Our main aim is to get the best possible rates for our clients at hotels, conference and event venues whilst removing the hassle and administrative burden of booking hotel accommodation. We personally negotiate with hotels to get the best rate on the day and we have corporate rates set up with many hotels due to the volume of bookings we make. We are completely independent therefore not tied to any particular brand and we are not dictated by what rates we can book.

With our knowledge of hotel pricing strategies and the fact that we personally negotiate with the hotel over each booking, we can promise to find you the very best rate available at the time you book with us.
Our free service to you does not end there. We will confirm your booking to you, address any special requests, amendments or cancellations and confirm any further actions with you and the hotel. After all, we want you to be happy, in order to maintain an excellent working relationship for the future.
CREDIT FACILITIES
We offer interest-free 30 day payment term credit facilities to clients who book with us regularly following a credit check and once we have built up some trading history with the company. Having a credit account with us means that your staff cut out the hassle of having to settle their own bills when travelling.
Once an account is set up, you can stipulate whether the company takes the bill for the whole stay plus any extras, just the room charges, meal allowance’s entirely up to you. Following the guest stay, we scrutinise the bill checking for any discrepancies to ensure that you are never charged more than you should be.
If there are any disputes with the hotel over billing, we resolve these on your behalf.
KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR BOOKINGS
We can provide you with annual, quarterly or monthly reports showing you how much your company has spent on hotels and in which areas.
